Overtime is no longer paid, bonuses are not competitive and very low, health plans premiums are too much with high deductibles, no pension plans, no profit sharing options for middle management, promotions are not driven based on KRAs and performance. Compensation is very well below market scale

Last year before I left the company, I requested to work OT per request by the client. My manager approved it, and didn't say anything about using my 44.5 hours of left over vacation hours. So after I left the company, I expected ntt data to pay my 44.5 vacation hours, and over 20 hours of OT hours. They didn't, they wiped out everything to ZERO. They said, I had to used all my left over vacation hours, or it will be wiped out by ntt data. I told them. No one told me that, and the manager know I couldn't take my vacation during the last two weeks, since the client wanted me to work OT during two weeks of election date. I worked so many BIG and SMALL companies, no know did that. EXCEPT ntt data LEGAL BUT UNETHICALLY STOLE MY 44.5 VACATION HOURS, and OVER 20 OT HOURS. Warning: DON"T work for ntt data.
