      flexible workplace, high brand recognition, capable colleagues

      Cons

      old-school waterfall outsourcing dominates the culture beneath a veneer of vision and values company leadership does not walk the talk of employee engagement and investment in innovation recent HR changes have slashed the bench and resulted in high turnover and low satisfaction

      Pros

      I work remotely from home so this gives me a great deal of flexibility in my work/home life balance. I do get reimbursed for my phone and data expenses.

      Cons

      The company has been buying up companies and this is leading to a great deal of inconsistency across the company. It is almost impossible to transfer to a position in another part of the company. Top management is so busy trying to contain costs the IT department is down to a skeleton yet they can afford to give sales people big bonuses. They use India staff because they are cheaper. However, these people are inefficient and ineffective and you could get more done and better with a U.S person and it would cost less and the work would be better.

      Great and good people at the lower levels

      Cons

      Senior leadership including most of the C level execs are on crack! They are there to give their incompetent friends jobs. The Parent company in Japan some day will wake up with a company in bad shape with a hangover that may not go away.
