Hard to find any following NTT DATA’s acquisition of Dell Services. Your colleagues are great and your work/life balance is ok.

Cons

- Nickel and diming on compensation - Business systems and processes are conducted through email....in 2018 - My onboarding experience w/the company has been terrible. I still have not signed up for benefits and I’ve been here a month. - Oh and if you submit a ticket to HR to have any issue resolved expect no resolution. If you even receive a response it’s a barely legible sentence or two from someone in India placing the blame on someone else at the company. - Company recently missed payroll for hundreds of employees
