      Pros

      The experience in this company is mostly influenced by the project and the team that you work with. I have good colleagues and friendly managers so far.

      Cons

      Decent salary, but it didn't keep up with the inflation. The high inflation of the last few years and the financial laws that changed swallowed my raises and overall I think my income is around 20% less valuable than at the time of my hiring.
