there is no pros, until you are not from SAP back ground
Cons
Company policies are management centric, even after merger of all the legacy companies under one brand name, still behavior of the managements are different towards employees. on the name of practice and delivery top managements are making fool of employees. there is no growth in the company if you are not into proper technology which belongs to proper legacy company.
