Just a body shop, resources are not valued for what they are. They are only treated as pawns of a chess board. No salary hikes. Very less billing rate with clients make the environment worst. Does not matter what accolades you get from client, you end up getting very less hikes.

I was hired for a specific very senior contract role and was never permitted to work in that role or even review existing documents to assume the role. My manager scheduled me for client activities from 8:00 AM until 8:30 PM and then required that I only report an eight hour work day to the client... He further said that if I needed more that 8 hours for the 12 hr. schedule; I was doing something wrong. After many years working at the executive level, this was perhaps the worst experience of my career.
