Company is same as any other service based company in the industry, work-life balance depends on the Project.

Cons

Low salary, No recognition, Project Managers have no work ethics and know very little about the technological growth happening in the industry, People are promoted on time bound basis and this is the reason why the leads and managers are spoiling the work environment and do not deserve the positions held.If you are experienced do not join.

The work environment is good, there are good benefits, most of colleagues are friendly, have business trips to Tokyo, Japan

Cons

They use old development skills, employees are not familiar with modern technology, usually work over time, pay too much attention to the Japanese level of employees
