Firstly, regarding the projects: it seems like the Greek office often ends up taking on projects, many of which have been mishandled by the parent office in Spain. This leads to a lot of disorganized, messy projects landing on our side, with the Greek team left to carry the burden of "resurrecting" them.
Secondly, the Greek office has a bit of a startup mindset when it comes to processes, which can lead to a lack of structure. While the HR team I interacted with during recruitment was friendly and helpful, the people handling internal operations could use some serious improvement. They don’t seem very motivated to address issues that would make daily work smoother, and there’s often a noticeable attitude problem.
It’s also surprising that we still don’t have a straightforward way to check or request vacation days. We have to email HR every time, which feels unnecessarily outdated and inconvenient.
