No increments, No good bonus, They fool you every cycle as "Company is not in Profit", They delay you promotion for any stupide reason like internal certifications basic, Work from home depends on team to team, Assets are very bad even new laptop could be crash with 1-2 month and IT desk is pathetic they have only one solution -reimage you laptop.
