A lot of things especially for frshers please don't join they will train u in technical side and ask you to work in support project, no hikes, no additional benefits even insurance needs to be paid from our hand such a worst experience manager do a lot of micro management and most of the Ntt project are support project very less development in short they will ruin the freshers career

1. Training 2. Good for Freshers not a place to stay more than an year.

Cons

1. Managers are very unprofessional. 2. If you are not put in a good project you'll be stuck. The manager doesn't release you to switch projects. So if u get into bad project then you'll have a very bad experience. 3. Hikes are very bad. 4. No good projects. 5. Zero employee benefits. 7. No value for performance. 8. They have a certification called NLCI, which is more important than clients and ur performance. 9. Very unprofessional managers.
