fast paced environment to learn technicalities of domain quickly, wonderful/helpful techies, good exposure, lucky if you got project in domain.

Cons

poor management, unprofessional behaviour of HR, poor/ no appraisal, politics, no uniform policy for employee transfer and expenses, project dependent learning and onsite oppurtunity
