Most people aren't working to develop their skills or careers - more like working-to-get-by, so if you are the type of person who wants to work hard and get paid for it, this is not the place for you

NTT DATA is a globally branded company Flexible work timings Amazing work-life balance Seniors will be helpful if you show enthusiasm

Cons

Lots of entities to be merged(Keane,Intelligroup) and hence slow management decisions Nothing new to learn Mostly support/maintenance based projects especially in Mainframes Recently started: strict monitoring policy in some projects
