No punch-in/punch-out. Flexible timings. Work from home option is available. Work and persona life balance.

Cons

Does not provide hike. No promotions. You need be in the same company for longer time to get hike or promotion. Very less salary for fresher's. Not an employee friendly company but now it is getting better.
