Pros
Hard to find a pro on this one. I was able to work remotely, but that had more to do with my contract than the company itself.
Cons
Very little engagement between upper level management and employees, unorganized and difficult onboarding, poor raise and bonus potentials. 2024 raises (2%) were delayed by 3 months. Overall, just don't seem to care that much for their employees.
