Pros

Good salary and perks. (Free food and transport) Get chance to work on different things rather than working on same thing always

Cons

Not much learning after 3-4 years of working in the company. No opportunities with respect to travelling.

Pros

Lot of things to learn. Since it is a relatively small company, you have a lot more responsibilities.

Cons

Compensation revisions are not great. I think the management has to improve a little bit to retain the talent they have and reward them fairly. I dont think this is happening. Also there are hardly any events for employee satisfaction here.

Pros

Flexible working hours, work from home option, competitive salary package, global culture. Work on cutting edge technology and have equal opportunities on global programs. You have a personal space for Innovations and it is highly appreciated. So there is a room to grow out of stereotypical processes.

Cons

Opportunities for individual growth to be provided. This will ensure happier faces and brighter minds to contribute more. Somehow the mobile division is stuck with one chip per year, they should become more competitive and deliver multiple chips in a year to stay ahead in competition.
