Pros

Relatively flat company hierarchy. No micro-management. Aggressive deadlines keep you on your toes. You are not a drop in the ocean, ability to make impact even as a fresh guy.

Cons

The same aggressive culture can lead to burn-out/over-burdening the employee. Lack of a managed, structured learning process can be daunting for many. Interaction with cross-continent teams would translate to working at nights.

Pros

Amazing work experience. Great teams to work Cutting edge work, working on some real large scale chipsets. 22/28 nm chips..lot of complex backend designs

Cons

Not much really. Have a more robust marketing / branding events in India. Even now we need to take the name of Intel and say that Nvidia is one of their competitors.
