- Great Work Environment (Everyone is really friendly) - Non - Hierarchical Structure (Even highest tier of management is easily accessible to anyone and is always open to suggestions) - Very good compensation and benefits(One of the best by market standard) - No needless professional training period for new college graduates( Learn on the go) - Lots of opportunities for inventions and inventors - Great infrastructure and laboratory facilities

- Shortage of conference rooms during peak hours

Short on staff, so you can get entrusted with responsibility someone else in some other company could take years to get. Great for learning.
