You have a personal space for Innovations and it is highly appreciated. So there is a room to grow out of stereotypical processes.

Cons

Opportunities for individual growth to be provided. This will ensure happier faces and brighter minds to contribute more. Somehow the mobile division is stuck with one chip per year, they should become more competitive and deliver multiple chips in a year to stay ahead in competition.
