      Pros

      You get to work on cutting edge technology. Company is currently the leader in industry. Dynamic environment where you can learn a ton.

      Cons

      Grows too fast, which makes logistics a bit tough to keep pace (e.g. no complete gym yet, cafeteria lines get too long, etc)

      Pros

      Sheer flexibility, home-based or office-based, wherever you work best. Work with over 9,000 of the most intelligent people all over the world, and the most helpful. Loads of travel. Meet many different people from many different domains. Collaborate with everyone.

      Cons

      After 9 months I can't think of 1. Really. You need to be dedicated to the job or you won't keep up with the sheer pace of technology, especially AI, but if you enjoy tech this is where you need to be.
