      Company takes great care of its employees, awesome projects to work on and very smart folks around you.

      Cons

      No gym on campus... that's about all I can think of.

      Good Technical experience. Get to work on lot of tapeouts. Reward for good work is more challenging work.

      Cons

      Compensation not that great. Have to work 24x7. Apathy by middle management towards employees. Explotation is rampant.
