Pros

Probably the best work culture you will find in the semiconductor industry. The agility of the company is phenomenal. Performance is the only criteria to grow.

Cons

Hard wok at nvidia is a thankless job. One would think spending 5/10/15/20 years at a company is a big deal but not for Nvidia. All you get is template email in return for all those years. Even when the company is doing amazing financially no added benefits to employees,no perks. When other companies are showering employees with bonuses, perks and gifts, Nvidia thinks paying salary is sufficient. Also,US employees continue to get better benefits than India.
