Pros

Great people technically, interesting problems to resolve.

Cons

No work life balance, sweat shop. Middle management without any people skills, hard to work with. Too much pressure from everywhere without any help.

Pros

NVIDIA offers the ability to obtain a lot of broad experience in the ASIC industry. Your assignments can vary wildly from project to project, but this can cause problems when projects (and their schedules) aren't properly managed. For example, designs can be compromised by inconsistent ownership and poor understanding of the design.

Cons

Long-term prospects for NVIDIA are somewhat uncertain in the context of AMD' and Intel's platform ownership. Inconsistent management focus leads to disappointing project performance.
