Challenging work. If you take the initiative and be proactive, you will be rewarded careerwise.

Cons

The work is continuous with no lull. You will have to learn to pace yourself, otherwise you will burn out.

*Awesome people, they hire the best. So you can be assured that the your colleagues are best at what they do. *Decent compensation, cant complain *Cutting-Edge work. *Lots of flexibility when it comes to work hours, working from etc.

Cons

*Working in the mobile division can be stressful. *Hiring policy is bad. They hire mostly NCG's very few lateral hires. *Office space is not up to standards of decent companies.
