      Excellent culture. Minimum work politics. Project driven. Agile and hyper focused. Reasonable work-life balance.

      Cons

      No cash bonus. But good equity.

      Pros

      Pay, Stock & Benefits pretty generous. Very remote friendly, if you're a software person.

      Cons

      The environment is a bit chaotic. Getting paid partially in volatile stock is a little stressful. Not sure if AI is actually a good idea. But you know, I really can't complain.
