      High salary, ideal work-life balance, cutting edge tasks. Lots of opportunities to make your own decisions, no routine work. Great team, very professional and responsive executives.

      Cons

      Documentation is not perfect sometimes.

      A lot of creative & personal freedom. Interesting projects. Fast growing company.

      No free food & stuff. Very focused on core business (can be a plus for a company, but I think a minus from employee perspective).
