I've been working at Nvidia for 20+ years. It's a fulfilling and rewarding career. Company is very supportive of new ideas and innovation. The company culture welcomes open technical discussion and sharing knowledge among teams. As a female engineer, I feel I am treated fairly and equally as all my male colleagues by management throughout my time at Nvidia.

Cons

It's sometimes hard to have work-life balance with so many projects going on involving remote (overseas) teams.
