- Great pay due to stock - Jensen is the best CEO who is both a visionary and great engineer - RTO is not forced and no lay-off

Cons

- No perks like other SV companies - Software org is week as senior leaders are often from hardware - Not great at developing models but slowly improving - Management (especially directors and above) can be top-down
