      Very smart hardware engineers, driven environment, ESPP plan is good as the stock is volatile, high performers are compensated well

      Cons

      Work life balance is missing, culture is somewhat cut throat. Most of the managers do not look into employee development

      Pros

      Open and direct culture. Nearly everything can be discussed openly, and people here tend not to hide bad news. I'm not saying every BU/ everybody here would be equally transparent but as long as I have seen, the people I'm dealing with are pretty reasonable. If you are in the core BU, I mean, GPU, you probably have enough exposure to interesting and state-of-the-art technology and engineering practice. This may not apply to other BUs which I've heard complains about not having enough fun there.

      Cons

      More and more "data driven" decisions were made. Data driven is conceptually the right way to do, but when people who don't know how to interpret the data start to take in charge, the decisions tend to only address short-term perspectives, instead supporting fussier, hard-to-quantify long term goals. Also the 401k match plan is like a joke.

      Pros

      -Work on latest mobile Soc's related stuff. -Team in USA are experts of Domain through which one can learn a lot. -CEO and VP's are super awesome people due to them Nvidia is surviving. -Freedom to explore different stuffs. -Expensive hardware tools available for all sort of R&D and work related tasks. -Free food which saves time by avoid to search for food outside company campus. -Admin Group is good

      Cons

      - No Linux support only windows IT team. - Lack of planning, no process is followed complete adhoc approach. - Too aggressive mailing culture which is of no use, unnecessary mails are part of the jobs. - Internal Bug tracking and Test Management tools are rubbish . The Internal tools are made like college graduation projects. Poor DB performance, UI, Usability is poor. - Automation is very poor, no framework is used, just random scripts clubbed together to make things work. - HR is completely Inactive, sharing problem with HR gets disclosed to Managers which is breach of code of conduct of HR policy.
