1) Good stock options, giving you better yield - Sole reason to survive for 5+ years 2) Not require to be intelligent or smart, any average theoretically knowlegable (which will come by experience ofcourse) person can survive

Cons

1) Worst work life balance 2) Full of average folks, you will find folks of 12-13 yrs experience with almost 0 knowldege apart from theroretical knowledge which naturally comes with experience 3) Management is bad, in terms of listening to its employees. Managers and HRs work in nexus( I am not sure same applicable with other companies)

occasional overnight or early morning meetings there will be period in year when you have to forget work life balance not best place for NCG to join, in today's condition this may not be true. with AI you may not need skills you would not have missed out on being NCG at NVIDIA.
