The women's group made progress in terms of benefits.

Cons

While management claims to support women, they counteract themselves. Quote from NYtimes article by Nellie Bowles, dated Sept. 23, 2017: "an engineer at the chip maker Nvidia. Mr. Altizer, 52, said he had realized a few years ago that feminists in Silicon Valley had formed a cabal whose goal was to subjugate men." The CEO defended the guy in the article in a company wide email. The CEO also went to a Women at Nvidia meeting to apologize for asking a Stanford graduate student if she knew what at GPU was. Company culture comes from the top.
