* Jensen is a true leader * Everyone is technical and 'gets it' from jr engineers to senior management * No kid gloves, Nvidia culture is straightforward and fast paced * Supporting Israel team through tough times

Cons

* Together with flexibility and fast pace comes a lack of organization - this is a tradeoff that Nvidia is managing well, but the style is not for everyone.
