Company lacks processes and if you have the willigness to get involved, will be able to get your hands on various projects

Cons

Not everyone is a leader, more micromanagers who think it's ok to yell at their employees in front of everyone, long hours and no recognition (this includes a simple thank you), no career advancement within the company.
