      Pros

      Great place to work, flexible hours, excellent vacation policy compared to other companies, good benefits.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Project schedules are made considering that people will work over weekends with no compensation except food. The cafeteria sucks and the food quality is going down. No team building activities or anyway to get to know your team. Hard to grow in the company, not a lot of internal mobility and people have been working for 10-20 years.

      Smart collegues, Great culture, good starting package but very difficult to get a substantial raise in few teams after that.

      Cons

      Management esp in swqa doesn't really care about employee growth career wise or pay, need to haggle and the bar is set high all the time. Over worked. wfh is officially discouraged
