* Very interesting and challenging work, with potential to impact millions of people. * Brilliant colleagues. * CEO has great vision, makes the right bets. * Has no problem adapting to changing technology trends despite being a fairly large company.

Cons

* RSUs only for senior folks. * 401(k) matching is a joke, although it is getting better. * No on-site gym, free food.
