      innovating products ahead of the curve

      Pros

      Lot of scope to learn, work on innovative products, problem solving and see the direct impact of ones effort. Less focus on where one is in the hierarchy, knowledge and expertise counts more. Fosters "never fail alone" type of spirit. Personally, I am a product person who has worked on disruptive technologies my whole career. Working on something that's challenging the status quo has a lot of pressure, unpredictability, uncertainty but on the flip side also offers scope to apply creativity and personal growth.

      Cons

      In workplace facilities NV is lacking. Cubicle culture. Low on amenities.

      Nvidia is one of the companies which people absolutely love to work at. Perfect work life balance. Opportunity to work on some of the latest and upcoming technologies. Great work culture.

      NVIDIA's is ideal for driven, life-long learners. The management system -- a non-hierarchical network that is continuously reconfigured to tackle the challenge at hand -- allows talent at all levels to shine and keeps politics at a minimum. Through a rare combination of strategic genius, business acumen, engineering know-how and hard hard work, CEO Jen-Hsun Huang is building one of the most important computing companies in the history of the industry.

      Cons

      It's not always easy to run at the speed of light, but in the end, it's thrilling and incredibly rewarding.
