      Pros

      Great place to work with incredibly intelligent, dedicated people at all levels. Things we create at Nvidia get into the hands of millions of people. This drives one to do the best work of their lives.

      Cons

      Like any tech company, the work is big and complicated so work/life balance can suffer from time to time.

      -Customer first mentality -Employee opinions highly respected -Always innovating and looking 5 years ahead -Operates as fast as a start-up but has the foundation of an extremely strong enterprise -Extremely smart and experienced people -Product, sales, technical, and administrative staff always willing to help, no questions asked

      Cons

      In all honesty, no major cons I can think of. You need to be able to work autonomously without being micromanaged which is not always for everyone.

      Pros

      I get to work with some of the smartest people I know. This is a company that continue to innovate to stay on the cutting edge. It's a dream to wake up to a job every morning that values its people, culture and doing great things for society.

      Cons

      The platforms and processes are dated but they are working on modernizing the systems to keep up with the explosive growth.
