Culture is the one which differentiates this company from others. And this is driven top down and CEO acting as a role model. Its a big company but startup like opportunities if you want to explore different areas on your own. Good pay and benefits. Company is taking lot of measures to improve employee's work life balance and at the same time gives enough attention to employee growth. Best maternity and paternity benefits. Overall very employee friendly company

Cons

401K contribution can be improved. Top performers should get some additional incentives like bonus and other things.
