Pros

When you show your professional idea/talent on work, or your hard word, you would never worry about your title/compensation or position. And this is a fast pace company, you have to push your learning up and up to be the best doer. Working here is simple and happy, you don't have to be involved into the politics storm, because this is a peace place per my view or in my department.

Cons

The outgoing budget of the company team building is not been increased from 10 years ago.

Pros

NVIDIA is amongst the best places to work, as it provides a perfect mix of technical challenges as well as the right culture and atmosphere in place which let you handle the challenges coming up. I have been here for 10 years and have continually had the opportunity to work on new product areas, new technologies, new customer bases. Essentially the company has always put me on my toes which I absolutely love. More focus is on how much work and value you bring in to the table. less importance is given to theory discussions with focus always on do you have something that works. I personally feel it functions as a start up at an individual level with 0 bureaucracy. there is complete accessibility with senior leadership and no barriers to have open conversations across levels. each individual employee indlcuding deserving new hires are given huge responsibility which is very unlike other companies. responsibility is not proportional to level in the org, but the performance shown in the work being done. this is a big positive. it could be overwhelming with the amount of work at times, however complete flexibility in timings and wfh options, help you plan your life around work to be done. if you are the kind of person who is self driven, functions great with less direction and more ownership, motivated by new areas of work, and can handle changes well you will be a perfect fit to work in this company. CEO provides complete transparency in vision direction, coming up and areas of growth. makes you feel very connected with the mission of the company. We strive to do the best work in new domains no one has even explored. lot o importance given to innovations, and company is very vested in an employees growth. Continuing learning opportunities like Stanford SCPD, coursersa reimbursements etc are a huge huge plus. Company and management is generally very supportive with managing personal issues and life with work. there is no limit to technical growth possible here. work that we do in AI/DL is path breaking with company providing ample training opportunities and lnd sessions for employees not directly from that domain. I feel proud to be working with such esteemed colleagues!

Cons

More opportunities in US as compared to other regions Since the company is very dynamic, some decisions can cause a lot of churn

Strong leadership with a great vision and drive. Very friendly workplace, encouraging management, no politics. Very competitive compensations, great benefits. Flexibility with the workday arrangements, work from home is permitted to some extent. Excellent relocation support !!

Cons

sometimes off-hour work is required (which is not unusual for Silicon Valley).
