Pros

NVIDIA is solving some of the most challenging compute problems and of course they continue to deliver the best gaming hardware in the world. This is all possible because of the great talent - brilliant, motivated and aligned. Lots of opportunity for aggressive and talented professionals

Cons

Don't count on work life balance since everything must be done at speed of light and 90% of communications are via email that comes in 24/7.
