      Pros

      Very little politics; strong commitment to doing things correctly; seems to take corporate citizenship seriously. A lot of happy people here. And dogs.

      Cons

      as a recent hire I don't yet have a clear view of the weaknesses but jobs tied to production can be long hours when problems arise. hardly unique to this company.

      Products are amazing, everyone wants what we have to sell. Great coworkers, really a small team focused approach within a larger organization is good to have.

      Cons

      So much is changing in the tech sector it's hard to keep up. we touch so many customers and they all need what we have, the ability to have the most impact at work with limited time is tough. it's a good problem to have.

      Very rarely in your career do you get the opportunity to be at the forefront of change that will affect society as we know it, NVIDIA is that opportunity. On top of having great technology, we have amazing people who are very willing to help, if needed. Top notch organization.

      Cons

      Enterprise sales organization has some maturation to do as we expand our data center business.
