      A good place to learn the work flow of ASIC design

      The work flow is really professional and colleagues are very nice.

      The code management is not very good and the documents are sometimes miss.

      Pros

      The HW is fun to work with. Some great people to learn from. Opportunities to move between teams.

      Cons

      Some of the PMs, and middle managers are garbage. Release planning/devops is absolute groupthink trash. Lots of "it's an emergency!!" spaghetti mess code, though I imagine some teams are better than what I had to deal with.
