work on cutting edge technology, flexible work hours

Cons

Lots of them. You don't get promoted easily. You have to bargain like buying vegetables. Top management has no vision of the future. Lots of unnecessary politics. Hike is arbitrary/random and left to the whims and fancies of the manager/HR
