      Amazing place for a technical internship!

      Pros

      You are given great deal of independence and responsibility. Mentorship program is amazing for professional development. UR team does a good job of planning my intern events.

      Cons

      Compensation is slightly lower than other silicon valley companies. Food is not subsidized for lunches. The secondary campus across the street lack the amenities that the main campus has.

      Work is always on cutting edge technologies. You get to work on great designs. Learning is good. Work for home facility

      Cons

      Pay is not the best in industry Workload is fairly high. I won't really complain at it. But depends on people's outlook in general
