Awesome culture. Fantastic/brilliant people. Very good pay (+ skyrocketing stock prices). Great work life balance. Good medical, dental, and vision plans. 15% discounted stock purchasing plan for employees (You will not loose any money even in case stock price goes down)

Cons

No free food. But not a big concern since the company takes care well in many other things.
