      Pros

      Nvidia has some of the most bright and helpful people. Everyone is nice and patient when you ask for help. There is a lot less bureaucracy. If you need something to get your work done, you'll get it.

      Cons

      Long work hours occasionally and inconsistent work loads. Nvidia also has no PTO since all time-off requests are manager approval.
