      Great benefits, see very little in terms of job growth.

      Pros

      They offer great benefits (medical, ESPP). You get to work on leading edge products. Flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Very little potential for job growth. Getting away from stock based compensation, for most of the people, just cash bonuses. Cash doesn't have the same growth potential as stocks.

      above average compensation, fast paced exciting working experience, easy going people, no micro management, respect for engineer and technical knowledgeable people,

      Cons

      Too much "urgent" caused by lack of strategy and firm plan. Very little power of marketing and sales side. High-end PC and mobile market (where NVIDIA has strength) is shrinking.
