Working with incredibly smart people, on some of the most cutting edge technologies Great CEO whose vision has allowed the company to prosper while other companies in this space have disappearred

Cons

It can be a challenge to achieve a good work/life balance depending on the role you have. If you have a good manager there is a lot of flexibility though to make things work for you.
