Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible work hours. Not too many processes. Rewarding career if one is willing to put in extra efforts. Of course a supportive immediate supervisor is necessary. Work environment is like a startup Free food and transport People are hired strictly on long term need basis ( no frequent layoffs)
Cons
Work can be stressful at times. There is tons of information floating but useful one is hard to find. Salaries are not per industry standards. Huge salary disparity within the team. Some fist line managers are not fit for the job. Lack training. Success is not frequently replicated
