      Endless room to learn, easy to move around, focus on doing the right thing the right way, small company feel, amazing coworkers, not overworked (depending on team)

      Cons

      Must be a self-starter to work here, fast-paced company with projects starting/stopping often. There are a few teams with overly political management and directors who just keep failing up.
