      * Good pay and regular hikes, always keep the salary equal or above market :) * Good benefits other than salary: food, RSUs * Nice people who always ready to help * Good collaboration among different teams * Strong and motivating CEO

      Cons

      * Good for people in Graphics technology, risky (just for technical growth not for salary) for other non-graphics or non-C++ programmers.

      Challenging projects, working with some very smart people on some of the largest and fastest chips in the industry, with great benefits, flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Some outdated tools and processes used on the HW engineering teams; average compensation, with very low stock compensation / equity (used to be better a few years back) unless you're a manager; Not many free perks + employee discounts, etc. compared to other companies in the area
